Had a bit of a hiccup with my Maytag freezer and needed some quick help. Did a quick online search and stumbled onto OverhillOpt Appliance Repair. They're local here in View Park-Windsor Hills, CA. I gotta say, they were awesome.
I booked an appointment and the technician showed up right on time, which was already a win. He was super friendly, and you could tell he knew his stuff. They really know their way around Maytag freezer repair. The guy figured out the issue in no time, explained it in simple terms, didn't go all techy on me, which, honestly, was a relief.
He had all the needed parts right with him. No running back and forth for orders or pickups, which was great. Before I knew it, my freezer was up and running again. He also gave a few handy tips to keep it in top shape. Oh, and their pricing was totally fair – no surprises.
